No license after Windows 11 installation
- The previous operating system (Windows 10) on the PC must be properly activated.
- The Windows 11 upgrade granted through the Office365 account is valid for a one-time use only and will not apply to multiple attempts.
- Logging into an already installed Windows 11 will not complete the upgrade; reinstallation is required.

1. "This version of Windows cannot be upgraded" message appears
Download and run the [PC Health Check Tool] to verify your current PC specifications.
If system requirements are not met, the upgrade cannot proceed. In this case, hardware upgrades or PC replacement may be necessary.
2. Automatic recovery programs (such as Maestro) are installed
If an automatic recovery program is installed, the upgrade will not proceed.
Please uninstall the program, complete the upgrade, and reinstall it afterward.
