Content	For security reasons, BitLocker encryption may be applied to drives during certain operations. If you have personally set up the BitLocker key, you must store the recovery key on another medium (such as a mobile device or paper). 1. Personal/Local Account PC Refer to the [Find your BitLocker recovery key] link. 2. PC upgraded to Windows 11 using a school Office365 account Request the recovery key from the school administrator (license@korea.ac.kr). ※ Recovery keys cannot be provided if the school Office365 account is deleted one month after graduation/resignation. ※ For personal/local accounts, the recovery key is not stored by the school administrator.
